Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), Andhra University is in the pursuit of Excellence in Teacher Education by promoting human values for social harmony, providing quality teacher education for the rural and down trodden communities; and to support colleges of education excel through innovative teaching, research and extension activities.

Vision

The vision of IASE is to provide quality teacher education to the youth following international standards. The aim is not only to focus on imparting subject knowledge and skills; but also to mould the student teachers with better conduct and character committed to the societal needs and national goals of development. The Department strives to realize the vision of India and excel in promoting and protecting the rich heritage and culture of our nation.
